In my role as a Mortgage Agent (Level 2 Licensed) at Definitive Mortgage Group Inc. (DMG) in downtown Oakville, Ontario, a proud member of VERICO Financial Group Inc. founded in 2005 and now the largest business unit of M3 Financial Group which is the #1 non-bank mortgage originator and undisputed leader in mortgage brokerage across Canada, I focus on providing my clients with personalized service both virtually and in the field. I specialize in debt management and managing various types of loans, lines of credit, and insurance products governed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). I work with a very large and diverse range of lenders and investors to secure financing for clients. These lenders include major banks, non-banks, and alternative or private lenders. Unlike the major banks, I do not tell my clients they have to sell their home if they don't meet A-lender requirements. I work with my clients until a finance solution can be found, regardless of how challenging the circumstances. I can help with all your purchase, refinance, and reverse mortgage needs. In addition to my Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) certification, I am dedicated to obtaining Licensing and Continuing Education (CE) in mortgage brokerage to stay up-to-date with current industry standards and trends. This CE includes my current Wealth Management Essentials (WME®) course with the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
